This KB explains how to recheck the Windows Autopilot enrollment status of devices directly from the BitRaser Cloud Console.
Windows devices whose Autopilot status has been checked using BitRaser Detector For Autopilot and are Locked (Enrolled) get automatically added to the Autopilot / MDM Recheck portal in BitRaser Cloud. Once the organization removes the device from Windows Autopilot, you can recheck its status directly from BitRaser Cloud without rescanning the device.
Prerequisites:
Before proceeding, ensure that:
- The device has already been scanned using BitRaser Detector For Autopilot.
- The device appears in the Autopilot / MDM Recheck page of BitRaser Cloud.
- The organization has removed the device from Windows Autopilot.
Steps to Recheck Autopilot Status
Step 1: Log in to your BitRaser Cloud account using the credentials shared via email after purchasing BitRaser Detector for Autopilot licenses. From the left navigation pane, click Autopilot / MDM (See Image 1).

Step 2: Select the device(s) whose Autopilot enrollment has been removed, and click 'Process Selected'. To recheck all listed devices, click Process All (See Image 2). You also have the option to schedule the recheck to run daily, weekly, or monthly (See Image 3).

BitRaser Cloud starts verifying the Windows Autopilot enrollment status of the selected devices. During the verification process, the device status changes to ‘Processing’ (See Image 4).

After the verification completes, BitRaser Cloud updates the enrollment status automatically.
If the organization has successfully removed the device from Windows Autopilot, the device will be listed as Unlocked (Unenrolled) (See Image 5), and will be removed from the Locked Devices list.
