- Step 1: The application by default opens the ‘User’ tab under ‘Settings’. Enter your BitRaser Cloud credentials and click 'Log in'. The application connects to the BitRaser Cloud Console to fetch available Mobile Diagnostics licenses and automatically upload diagnostic reports. Once the status changes to Connected, click 'OK' to continue (See Image 4).

- Step 2: Connect the iPhone you want to diagnose to the Windows PC (See Image 5a). When prompted, tap 'Trust This Computer?' on the iPhone (See Image 5b).

Once your device status changes to ‘Connected’, you will be able to see device information, such as model, OS version, serial number, IMEI, etc., in the software UI (See Image 6).

Step 3: To diagnose multiple iOS devices simultaneously, click ‘Select All’ and then click ‘Diagnose Selected’ from the main UI of the software. To diagnose a single device, select the required device and click 'Diagnose' in its device panel (See Image 7a).
You will see the 'Diagnostic Preparation' screen informing you about the prerequisites; click ‘OK’ to begin the Diagnostic process. You can select the 'Don't show this message again' checkbox to not receive the alert every time you diagnose your iPhone (See Image 7b).

Once iPhone diagnostics is initiated, the selected iPhone goes through the following status updates: Preparing, Getting OEM Details, and Run Diagnostics (See Image 8).

Step 4: After this, the BitRaser application gets automatically installed on your selected iPhone. Next, open the application and give the required permissions for your device location, camera, microphone, etc. to proceed (See Image 9).

Note: The application supports wireless diagnostics, allowing you to disconnect the iPhone from the system and continue the diagnostic process. However, to submit the diagnostic results, the iPhone must be reconnected to the application.

Step 5: Once the permissions are provided, the application will start the 'Automatic Tests.' These tests check the following components (See Image 10).

- Processor
- RAM
- SIM Card

Step 6: After completing the automatic tests, the application proceeds to the manual tests, allowing you to test the camera, buttons, microphone, speakers, sensors, display, headset, call, and wireless connectivity.
Each test requires you to perform a specific action on the iPhone. Depending on the test, the app may automatically mark it as ‘Pass or Fail’ based on the outcome, or it may ask you to confirm the result or retry the test after completing the action (See Images 11a, 11b, 11c, 11d, 11e).

Note: The application allows you to customize the duration of the battery drain test. By default, the test duration is set to 3 minutes. You can change the duration by navigating to Settings > Diagnostics before starting the diagnostic process (See Image 12).

- Step 7: Next, verify the accessories and grade the device, then click ‘Submit Results’ to complete the diagnostic process (See Image 13).

- Step 8: Post the submission of diagnostic results, the 'Diagnose' button changes to 'Diagnosed', and the device status updates to 'Completed' (See Image 14).

- Step 9: The diagnostic report is automatically uploaded to the BitRaser Cloud Console. Alternatively, you can save it on your local machine from the ‘Reports’ tab after selecting the destination path and the report format (See the Report below).
